Just started keto and I know I'm going to struggle with not having anything sweet. I've made lemon and almond butter cream cheese which is in the fridge, but just wondered what everone else eats that doesn't have to me made/planned ahead.

I don't yearn for sweet things anymore.

But, I do still enjoy some chocolate - Aldi's 85% is 18% carbs, 4.6g per bar. Similar for Lindt's 85%.

Have you tried double cream with a few berries in?

Hartleys sugat free jelly, the pre-made ones. I kept them in the fridge but they can be store fine in a cupboard.

Fridge is fine I just meant things that were easy. Can I have berries, I have some frozen ones, are some better than others?

I like the Hartley's low calorie jellies with a little cream or evaporated milk.
(Some are better than others IME)
Sometimes i make up the sugar free packet jellies with evaporated milk.

I used to make fat bombs for when I wanted something sweet. Loads of recipes for them on line. Very easy to make

Once you get into keto the sweet cravings should go. Also you shouldn’t feel hungry between meals if you drink enough water.
