Has anyone got any recommendations for low carb/low sugar chocolate please? I am doing the Keto diet but would still like a bit of chocolate occasionally. Thanks

Your best bet is to go for a very high cocoa content dark chocolate. Lindt make one that's 90%, which I really like.

Lindt 90% - 14g carbs in the whole bar

You should find that two squares is enough to 'scratch the itch!'

Thanks BIWI 😘

I think Mr Roth 85% chocolate from Aldi is low carb.

Montezuma 100% chocolate is 8g carbs per hundred grams. It’s pretty bitter so you can’t eat much. I also have 90% Lindt bar and Sainsbury’s do an 85% pack of 5 mini bars which are similar to the Aldi Moser Roth ones. After a while the 85% taste quite sweet. Always check the packet before you buy. Tesco used to do a lower carb one but some now have 20% carbs or more.

Thanks @user1471457757 and @Oddbutnotodd

This is as adventurous as I will get with keto desserts but it's amazing!!

Using 90% Lindt

Also, if doing this, I spread it out over double the amount of ramekins (using smaller ones) and it's still more than enough for a decent pudding.

Amazing, thanks @ApplePie86. I thought I was going to try Keto for a few weeks to just lose a few pounds but I love it and feel so much better for it so it's become a bit of a way of life for me. I need to find out more about it though and expand my Keto knowledge and recipes.
