(Apologies) Not constipation, but slow system on low carb

My deepest apologies in advance.
I'm quite happy with my very slow loss on low carb, I'm 53, 11st12 at 5foot3, post meno - I never expected to lose a stone a month!
But what is concerning me is that my previously regularly as clockwork once daily bowels have gone on strike.
I'm in no pain or discomfort, I don't seem terribly bloated but I am going 3 days without. I think I'm drinking sufficiently, and I also take a small probiotic drink daily. Over the weekend I took a nightly fruit-based laxative to see if that would help. Nothing.
Any ideas?

It's only constipation if you struggle to go, or if you're in pain when you go. So less frequency isn't a problem, and you certainly don't need to/shouldn't be taking laxatives!

If you're eating high fat and plenty of green vegetables, as well as keeping your water intake high, you should be fine.

You are putting food into you that has less waste product, i.e the body uses and absorbs more of it so there's less to come out, hence you go less.

I go every 3/4 days on a LCHF diet.

Have a look at this chart. Where on the scale are you?

I take a 1000mg vitamin C tablet daily to help keep things softer.

All better now
I might have been going a bit heavy on the eggs.
