I need to lose weight and low carb but have piles and need my poo to be soft? Anyone recommend any fibre supplements? I am total wuss about new tastes - do the pills work?

I've low-carbed for 18 months now and it's really improved my digestion. I suffered with IBS and piles before, and now I hardly ever do.

The key is to drink entire rivers of water (I drink 3 litres as a minimum) and eat FLGV (Fuck Loads of Green Veg), and there should be no need for a fibre supplement.

I did keto, now low carb and I really struggled with hard stools. Bought these and now everything back to normal. I take 2 a day. Think you can find them cheaper than this price. https://solgar.co.uk/products/solgar-psyllium-husks-fibre-500-mg-vegetable-capsules-pack-of-200?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwtid3qL7QIVE-3tCh1PhAM0EAAYASAAEgKqjPDD_BwE

Celeriac is quite a 'mover'. Intermittent fasting can help with this too, as the gut gets a rest and you have more time to drink water.
