Does anyone have experience with fat fasting?

I saw it online while researching keto, and since I had a cheat weekend thought I'd give it a go. So I'm wondering if anyone has done it and if so are there any tips or meal ideas? The few videos I've watched about it haven't gone into great detail. Most say they couldn't get past 3 days, but they don't say why! I'm currently on day 2 and according to my scales 6lb lost. Thanks

What ??? How does it work, what are you doing?

It's supposed to be for those doing keto, who had a cheat day, and want to get back to ketosis quickly. Or if your weight loss has stalled on keto. Can also be done if you are starting out and want to reach ketosis faster but I think it's more for the 2 above.

Restrict calories to 1000 to 1200, with 80 to 90% coming from fat. Also including at least the 16/8 intermittent fasting.
Breakfast bulletproof coffee.
Lunch 4 bacon rashers (fried), 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks + 2tbsp mayo mixed and scrambled in leftover bacon fat in frying pan. Add half an avacado or some guacamole to your plate too.
Dinner / snack 4 tbsp of organic / no added sugar or oil peanut butter (I struggle with this because just not hungry)

You have to really restrict your carbs super low and the same with protein.

I've certainly had a boost in lb's lost. And I even managed to do the T25 high intensity workout twice yesterday, 2nd time with so much energy I never have! But I'm unsure if I move back to keto gradually or just boom, next day back to keto. Also looking for other meal ideas so been trawling you tube videos. On average, those I've watched have lost at least 9lb in the 3 to 5 days they've done it.

I also learned that if you do a workout after 12 hours of fasting you burn way more body fat. It's probably common knowledge, but I just found out Grin
