Hi.im keen to try the keto diet but I don't eat eggs. What can I use as a replacement? Breakfast seems to be the biggest problem .

After a week or so keto you wont be hungry for breakfast. You might find yourself fasting til midday..
You could eat bacon, ssusages, tofu scramble, ham and cheese roll ups, cheese and nuts, small amount of greek yogurt. Coffee with cream is filling, too. You could have dinner leftovers.

Thanks. I'm having protein smoothies with chia seeds and spinach for breakfast at the mo. I exercise first thing so need to eat after.
