I've done every diet in the past (keto, paleo, Whole30, WW, fasting etc) and always lost weight and regained it in the past. She incorporates a daily workout (live or watch later), a low carb eating plan and regular motivation sessions and lots of explanations about why you shouldn't eat grains, why organic is best, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, hormones, menopause etc. She really knows her stuff and explains it so well. It's the "why" and mental shift that I was missing.
