Spanish omelette (minus any potatoes in recipes- good to take to work cold)

Cured meats/cheeses/olives/nuts (I call it my keto board)
Fajita salad bowl (fajita spiced mince or chicken with avocado, lettuce, sour cream, cheese)
D- usually some combination of protein + veg or salad, so:
Poached eggs, spinach, mushrooms, chorizo
Chilli with cauliflower rice
Sausages and cauliflower mince
Stir fry prawns and veg
Thai veg/prawn/chicken curry with cauliflower rice
Bunless burgers (if having a bbq) with homemade coleslaw
Pork chops with creamed spinach
Pasta sauce with courgetti (either bolognese or carbonara usually)
Snacks -
Nuts
Pork scratchings
Crunchy Veggies
Celery with peanut butter
Mini babybels
Rollitos (sp?) (M&S sell them- but basically cheese wrapped in cured meats/ham)
Really need to get back on it, sleep so much better and have much clearer head when I’m keto!
