Help me meal plan, keto

Hi ladies, I’ve started keto
Day 1!
Can anybody give me what they would eat in a day.
I don’t it fish, just tinned tuna
Trying to meal plan and don’t seem to have much variety. Thankyou!

Breakfast -
Keto pancakes
Keto granola
Bacon
Sausages
Egg
Kippers
Omelette

Lunch
Usually a salad with egg/tuna/mackerel/cheese/chicken thighs /sardines.
Salad includes spinach, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, sunflower/pumpkin seeds, walnuts

Dinner
Pork chop/chicken breast/salmon/trout with green veg
Fish pie/shepherds pie topped with cauliflower mash
Curry with roasted cauliflower/keto Naan
Keto quiche
Keto beef stroganoff

You can either cook using recipes on line (lots of good recipes available) or keep it simple like chicken and veg. I often add a sauce by just melting blue cheese and cream or stuff chicken breasts with mozzarella/wrap in bacon etc.

Totally need to get back on the keto train.

B- usually nothing, occasionally
Greek yog with Berries
Eggs
Sausages
Smoked salmon

L- chicken breasts, veg or salad
Tuna salad
Spanish omelette (minus any potatoes in recipes- good to take to work cold)
Crudités and dips
Cured meats/cheeses/olives/nuts (I call it my keto board)
Fajita salad bowl (fajita spiced mince or chicken with avocado, lettuce, sour cream, cheese)

D- usually some combination of protein + veg or salad, so:
Poached eggs, spinach, mushrooms, chorizo
Chilli with cauliflower rice
Sausages and cauliflower mince
Stir fry prawns and veg
Thai veg/prawn/chicken curry with cauliflower rice
Bunless burgers (if having a bbq) with homemade coleslaw
Pork chops with creamed spinach
Pasta sauce with courgetti (either bolognese or carbonara usually)

Snacks -
Nuts
Pork scratchings
Crunchy Veggies
Celery with peanut butter
Mini babybels
Rollitos (sp?) (M&S sell them- but basically cheese wrapped in cured meats/ham)

Really need to get back on it, sleep so much better and have much clearer head when I’m keto!

another snack idea are these jelly choc treats.

Add 1/2 cup boiling water to a no-sugar jelly (any flavour, about 11-12 grams each) & 1 tbsp powdered gelatine & stir well together.
Pour these into little molds (I have a silicone mini muffin tray that I use, so this recipe makes about 12)

Then melt 10-15 g Keto chocolate - like 70-80% Lindt or similar & add 1 tsp coconut oil. Stir this well then pour a tiny teaspoon of the chocolate mix into the middle of each mold & let them set.
The whole 12 treats is one serve - or you could stretch them out :)
