Lipotrim week six - looking for inspiration

I started Lipotrim to support my elderly and v obese dad six weeks ago. He gave up on day three but I have found it life changing - until this last 10 days.

I started at 15st 5lb and got to 13 at 8 in about a month (Not exactly sure - I ring my dad with my weight as it’s something for him to do/record and so I don’t obsess). I then plateaued for days at 13 6 and am stuck on 13 4

Have not cheated at all. Lots of water. One big walk every day around 5-7 miles but weather has been dreadful so no bike rides. I hate running.

I know I can probably continue to loose 2lb a week - but it’s an expensive way to do this if that is all that’s ahead of me. I was planning on doing 12 weeks so am at half way point. Am also back at weight I was as a teen - I picture it is layers that may need a pick axe to get them off!

Has anyone plateaued on Lipotrim and how did you get moving again?
