Week 2 put 2lb on.. WHHHY???!!

Hello I'm new to this. Week 1 I lost 6lb.. brilliant! (I know most is water retention but still.. very motivating!)

Week 2.. 2lb ON!!! Gutted.

I've got an app, I'm eating the right amount of macros and calories... I don't know what I've done wrong?

Average day..
breakfast 2 boiled eggs (easy to eat at my desk at work!)

Lunch - lettuce and spinach leaves, ham , cheese and sour cream,

Snack - 30g walnuts

Dinner meat or fish with asparagus cooked in olive oil and steamed spinach,

Desert.. raspberries and double cream

Boiled eggs at work?!

Have you increased work out? Did you drink alcohol in week 1 and so it looked like a bigger loss due to dehydration? Is your period due? Are you constipated?

Oooops misread the scales.. I lost 2lb Grin but still I was hoping for more!
