Hello I'm new to this. Week 1 I lost 6lb.. brilliant! (I know most is water retention but still.. very motivating!)
Week 2.. 2lb ON!!! Gutted.
I've got an app, I'm eating the right amount of macros and calories... I don't know what I've done wrong?
Average day..
breakfast 2 boiled eggs (easy to eat at my desk at work!)
Lunch - lettuce and spinach leaves, ham , cheese and sour cream,
Snack - 30g walnuts
Dinner meat or fish with asparagus cooked in olive oil and steamed spinach,
Desert.. raspberries and double cream
