Best Keto options for a Chinese or Pizza takeaway

I know the best option is probably not to get a takeaway from these places, but we normally do a takeaway for birthdays which are coming up and I know these will be the favoured places. Is there anything I can get and stay in ketosis, I don't mind if it's dirty keto 😈

I'm not sure about pizza but maybe salt and pepper spare ribs and chicken foo yung from the Chinese would work.

Thanks I think it's going to be a bit frustrating, I love a sweet and sour and fried rice Grin or Pizza from the pizza place obviously. But I am doing so well in ketosis so don't want to get knocked out.

I know this isn't a takeaway suggestion but have you tried making your own Pizza with a cauliflower rice base?

Chicken wings from the pizza place and maybe peel off the cheese and pepperoni from the top of a slice Blush

Foo Yung (omelette) stir fried veg, beansprouts, crispy duck or Mongolian lamb wrapped in lettuce leaves instead of pancakes. prawns, ribs etc, any of the saucy ones like chicken or beef in oyster/black bean sauce (as long as you don’t eat much sauce as it prob has lots of sugar in it) and make your own cauliflower rice or courgette noodles to go with.

Indian might be a better option, or a kebab, no pitta. You could still get everyone else a pizza and just order yourself some tandoori chicken with salad etc, mushroom bhajee, spinach etc

Get an Italian style thin crust and load it up with keto friendly toppings then scrape them off and eat?

You get more options at the chinese but if need be just ask for plain meat and veg

PapaJohns do a butternut squash base. According to their nutritional information, if you have the sausage and pepperoni with the butternut squash base, that is just over 5g of cabs per slice, and the roasted chicken wings are 0 carbs. I have tried that base and it is lovely.
