Keto friendly places to eat out

So in the bright beautiful future when we can go out to places to eat again... what type of places are keto friendly?

When we were doing low carb, steak places were good. You can have a steak or grilled chicken etc and replace potato or chips with more vegetables.

Pizza/pasta restaurants also often have big salads on the menu which you can have instead of a pizza.

I won't bother naming names as we are not in the UK at the moment and the local chains are different but those are some ideas to start.

Indian food is simple enough to keto. Usually I have a tandoori starter and a mushroom bhaji or spinach paneer nom! Thai and Chinese are harder.

Nando’s - you can order chicken however you want it and choose two sides. They also have a big selection of salads.

Nandos is good. So is Pret - I lived on their Protein Boxes for a long time.

Steakhouses eg Harvester
Seafood restaurants eg Loch Fyne
Japanese / sushi restaurants - eg Yo Sushi
Genuine Italian restaurants
French restaurants like Cote

TBH most places will customise things if you ask politely
