Hi,
Just started KetoDiet this week. I've got an app to help me count. I'm doing fine on calories and carbs, but struggling to balance fat and protein, I'm going over on my protein.

So today I had:
Breakfast boiled egg and 25g almonds

Lunch lettuce, yellow pepper, 2 babybel and 2 slices of ham

Afternoon snack boiled egg

Dinner 2 chicken breasts, 50g cheddar, salad

Pudding raspberries 75ml double cream

You could easily change your ratios of fat to protein if you only had one chicken breast and added in something like an avocado. You can get jars of lowish carb veg like aubergines and artichoke hearts preserved in oil which go well with salads. Use oils in dressings, drizzle olive oil or chilli oil on your food. You could fry your egg in a fat such as ghee or lard which does not break down at high temperatures. Hollandaise and mayonnaise also contain a good proportion of fat.
