I’ve been on a keto diet for 5 weeks now. I lost 10 lbs in the first 3 weeks (including a 5 day egg fast) but then stalled 2 weeks ago. I stick to my keto macros, I’m in calorie deficit (typically 25% - 35%), I do intermittent fasting (16:8) and for the last 2.5 weeks have been doing 30-40 mins of daily exercise (a mix of HIIT and strength training). I drink lots of water. This is the first time I’m approaching weight loss in such a disciplined way and it’s demotivating that it’s not working. I’m 196 lbs so have a lot of weight to loose. If anyone has any ideas why I’m stalling or how to come out of the stall, I’d really appreciate it.
