That plus caffeine free diet coke are my indulgences. I'll have one or the other, sometimes both, pretty much daily.

Are you counting your macros? If so it does fit in carb wise but it contains a small amount of sucrose sugar which is not ideal on keto and may affect you. The same with the sweeteners in diet coke some people can have it some find it affects their results. You may need to do a personal experiment to see how you react to these things. If you are losing weight and feel good then fine if not maybe you need to cut them out.

Thank you for your reply. I feel pretty ignorant as I'm not really sure what macros are or how to count them.
I started Keto about 5 weeks ago and I have lost about 3.5 kilos which is not a lot but I am 50 years old so I'm here for the long haul.
I don't treat myself in any other way. Well, sometimes I go way too far with nuts. I guess my weight loss would be faster if I gave up on nuts altogether.
I am 1.53 cm and 68 Kg.

Another thing is to have it after a meal so the fat and protein help to balance out the sugar, rather than as a snack on its own.

Macros are when you track your calories, carbs, fats and protein. For keto this is supposed to be 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs plus you would calculate your calories needed to lose weight. If you just count carbs they would call that "lazy keto" which is fine if it works for you. Or if you are just eating low carb food but not counting calories again that is fine but may not get such quick results. If you want to start tracking it's way easier using a tracking app like my fitness pal (you would need to calculate your own macros for this and ignore their suggestion but they have the best food database)or carb manager (calculated macros but good database is not as good).
So you might improve your results a bit by tracking but 3.5kg in a month is very good progress so if you are happy with that keep going. Keto is not necessarily a fast weight loss plan.
