Cambridge one to one

I’ve a lot to lose, 7 stone before I hit my healthy bmi

Just stated Cambridge diet today, had porridge for breakfast which was foul.

I’m hoping for a good loss this week, it’s expensive though, I’m concerned that if I take to this plan I will find it hard financially.

Also, I did this plan ten years ago and did well but the shakes were only 148 cals per pack. Now they are 200 so am a bit confused by the difference

I'm starting on Thursday. Same amount of weight to lose as you.

FrenchFancie · 05/06/2020 15:17

I’m thinking of starting this but worried I won’t like the food as I’m a fussy bugger.

Therunecaster · 05/06/2020 18:11

I'm finding it really nice.

I need to lose another 5 stones to get to 12 stone. I want to lose another 2 on step 1a and then move to step 2.

I've done CD a few years ago and got used to it but I ate the same thing everyday. Ready made chocolate shake in the morning, toffee bar for lunch and tomato soup for dinner - mainly because I hated everything else!

Yes it is very expensive and if you're still buying food for the family I think you'll feel the pinch.

Good luck!

I did cambridge many many years ago.

I'm currently doing excante. There is a facebook page for support which is great you dont have 121 support, you just order it online but it's much cheaper. I brought a 4 week box which was £68 x

How's everyone doing on the one to one diet? I've done it before (list 3 stone) but through Lockdown put a shit kid of weight on.

Starting again on Saturday (1st Aug) and going to dig deep!!

I live overseas and we don't have the support system like the UK and really looking for on line help. I know there's FB pages but too many people I know are on there and want to do this quietly, without them all knowing my business.

Hello! Can I join this conversation? I'm starting CD on Monday and have 4 stone to lose. Really hoping it works for me, I need results quickly or I lose interest!

BananaHammock23 · 31/07/2020 23:40

I did CD about five years ago and lost five stone in about six months. It's crept on again (with extra) over the years though. I only ever had the shakes - 3 a day then a tiny meal in line with their guidance. It works but it's not easy.
