Morning all. Having followed slimming world off and on for years, with some success I've decided I need a change.
Having done a fair amount of reading, I think low carb is the way to go.
Here's todays food, please tell me if I'm doing anything wrong.
Bfast. 3 egg cheese and mushroom omelette, cooked in a little oil and butter.
1 coffee with cream
Drinking peppermint tea and water otherwise.
Lunch chicken and avocado salad, I have some nuts and seeds so will add a few and full fat mayo.
Dinner. Pork loins, green beans and broccoli.
I've got almonds and full fat Greek yog if I need to snack but don't think I will.
