Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for some ideas for low carb lunches to take to work. I'm following a 'south beach' type of low carb so allowed lots of veggies, salad, lean meat, fish, eggs, and lower fat cheeses.
So far Ive got Greek salad, chicken salad, some soups...
Anyone else following this sort of plan and got ideas to share?
I've gained a stone through recent health issues and keen to trim down to prevent more health issues! Also to fit in my clothes.
