Hi i'm doing keto and i'm not sure if i should count this as zero or 5g net carbs? Thats the pic of the nutritional label.

Generally UK nutritional labels list carbs as net carbs already whereas American foods list carbs as total. Net carbs = total carbs - fibre. In the UK, fibre is listed as a separate nutrient (like fat or protein) but on American food packaging you'll see the fibre listed as part of the carbohydrate section (in the same way that sugar is listed as part of the carbohydrate section on UK foods, as in the above product).
