I have been doing keto and lost some weight but the truth is I don't feel amazing most of the time.i have decided after reading up on low carb and how I don't have to be strictly under 20g to be losing I will up my carb intake to 30-50 a day but want to use my allowance wisely. I'm thinking of introducing some pulses to my dies eg lentil, beans.
Is this a good idea or would there be a better option?
