I’m following HFLC. It works for me and I understand why. I also have IBS and assorted intolerances and while I love lentils, pulses, roots and carbs in general they do not love me and actually a lot of them make me ill.
So why do people feel they can bang on and on about my arteries and how unhealthy I am, how I’m eating all this disgusting fat and processed stuff and I’m going to die and get ill, while knowing absolutely nothing about it.
This is particularly from sanctimonious vegan types who preach and feel its their job to educate me.
It is frankly none of their business and utterly boring and I need some snappy responses.

Make sure you know about the science behind low carbing then you can refute their assertions/accusations.

If you go to any of the low carb Bootcamp chat threads, in the OP of each on there's a link to the spreadsheet that we use; look at the tabs at the bottom for resources/info about low carbing and have a read of some of those.

There's also The Diet Doctor's website, which has loads of good information about LCHF.

Have you got Netflix? If so watch the magic pill. It helps explain it. I’m on BC too and found this documentary really useful.

"thank you for sharing that " and pay absolutely nothing attention to what they say works best for me.
