As the titles says! I've recently started low carb and need recommendations for cookbooks! So far I only have the fast 800 recipe book which has some lovely recipes but I'd like a couple more! I've attached a photo from the book which I made for tea tonight it was delicious!

Thanks!

Also If you want to share a photo of your favourite recipe I'd be forever grateful 😝

Oh also interested! I have the Tom whatahisname dopamine diet one which is generally low carb, but have found the Diet Doctor website to be excellent. Not quite the same as a cookbook on the counter though, but it is really very good!

I like my Fast 800 and Blood Sugar Diet recipes. Also interested in other suggestions!

Quick Keto by Martina Slajerova is really good, has lots of good recipes and a great 'basics' section at the front - making broths, marinades etc. And I picked it up for £6 at a discount bookshop. She has another book too but can't remember what it's called.

Bump - I'm also on the lookout for low carb recipes.

Have a look at the Low Carb Boot Camp threads: there are loads of recipes there in the Pinned threads, sorted into the various meats and veggie threads. There's even a "Desserts and other treats" (or something like that) thread, but it's not pinned so you'd need to scroll down to find it.

The 2 Meal Day by Max Lowery is aimed more at 5:2 but has some really good recipes in it. The tomato, coconut and prawn curry is awesome.

Try vegetarian Lebanese food:

Delicious and healthy, and low calory - particularly if you use quinoa instead of rice or bulghur, and don't go overboard with olive oil.
