So I completely cut out carbs apart from about 5-10 grams per day. In 30 days I've lost 9lbs and appetite is suppressed most of the time.

I have another 1stone to go.

I'm not following anything specific like Keto etc, just cutting the carbs down and eating lots of fat and protein, lots of cheese etc.

For a chocolate fix I'm having Greek yogurt and cocoa powder.

Is anyone else new to this and loving it like me?!

What's a general days eating like?would like to do this to make myself less lethargic and sugar dependent.

Hi whatamum

I tend to have a peparami for breakfast with some cheese or eggs.

Chicken and salad for lunch, chorizo and cheese to snack on and then fish and veg for tea. When I get chocolate cravings I have Greek yogurt with cocoa powder.

Also there is a company called Lodough, they make some expensive wrap things but I order two of those each week and make a fake pizza at the weekend.

Same here. I found a lot of carbs were giving me an upset stomach so I cut them out. I feel a lot less hungry now and have lost nearly 1 stone.

Try fathead dough instead so good and so so easy!

You can have a nice low carb pizza in 20 mins.
