So I completely cut out carbs apart from about 5-10 grams per day. In 30 days I've lost 9lbs and appetite is suppressed most of the time.
I have another 1stone to go.
I'm not following anything specific like Keto etc, just cutting the carbs down and eating lots of fat and protein, lots of cheese etc.
For a chocolate fix I'm having Greek yogurt and cocoa powder.
Is anyone else new to this and loving it like me?!
