Fat Bomb recipes

I've been searching for fat bomb recipes, but all the sites I go on don't actually give the recipe. They just describe what they are. Most are trying to flog a stupid book or something.

Does anyone have an idiots guide to easy fat bombs and perhaps two or three recipes?

I looked on YouTube and have made some strawberry cheesecake ones.

Cream cheese
Strawberries
Melted butter
Lemon juice
Keto sweetener

What is a fat bomb?

SleepyFlump · 18/09/2019 22:34

Do you mean a protein bomb?

Pack of minced pork
Season with salt & pepper
Crack in a whole egg and mix
Split into about six portions
Wrap each portion round a hard boiled egg
Wrap each bomb in three strips of streaky bacon
Bake in oven for 25/30 mins
Eat warm but better cold!

Have a look at the 'chocolate covered Katie ' website. She has some made with nut butter, cacao, coconut oil and a bit of your choice of sweetener. She has loads of keto friendly recipes.

I made these today,

Coconut oil, peanut butter 2:3 ratio, pinch of salt and a few drops of stevia for the bottom layer

coconut oil, cocoa powder 6:1 ratio with a couple drops of stevia for the top

They're quite big so I have half of one at a time.

@GinaCarbonara I made some of those but the peanut butter sank to the bottom and the middle of them was pretty much just coconut butter. Yours look great, how did you get the bottom layer to stay mixed please?
