I'm on a fairly tight budget, about £60 per week for 3 adults, so can't buy expensive meat often. And I don't like eggs.
What can I eat that is low carb? I've two stone to lose and I generally feel pretty rubbish so hoping low carb will help. I've done it before but struggled to find what to eat. All I have close by is a Tesco express and I do my weekly shop online.
Currently I eat far too many crisps, cake, bread and ice cream. I don't really drink much apart from the odd glass of wine and soda if I'm out .. so about once a month.
Any suggestions welcome
