Low carb cheat day help

Hi All.
I've been low carb (no bread, rice, pasta, chocolate, minimal milk etc) for around a month. I'm sort of doing an Atkins thing, but I'm allowing myself small amounts of milk and fruits. So my regular foods include high fat from yoghurt, cream, avocado etc.
It's working really well for me. However, yesterday I had a hen night.

I ate carby foods- quiche, pizza and a biscuit. I only had a small plate but then I washed that down will two bottles of Prosecco. Lol.

So. How do I deal with this with minimal damage. I'm guessing eat as clean as I can for 24 hours (as in, no carbs and don't eat high fat) and then get back to low carbs with extra fats.

Thoughts?
Thanks so much in advance xx

Sorry bit late to reply. Just do strict Atkins... it will soon come off. Stick with the high fat, moderate protein and 20g of carbs (green veg, salad).

You are lucky to be able to have a little milk and fruits (I guess depends which) I am really carb intolerant and don’t have much leeway.
