Starting next week, just wondered if anyone else is on it?

I tried it and lasted three days. My boss lasted five days. A few people on the LC Bootcamp have done it. I just missed my veggies sooooo much. I was sick of eating to be honest so it prob would work for quick weight loss. If I needed to drop weight quickly I’d consider a meat and salad only diet for a week but I’m still sickened by the thought of duck because I ate loads of duck on that diet!
What’s the reason you’re interested in it?

Hello, I've done it! Felt great, lost fat, skin and hair improved as did all ME/CFS symptoms. Issues are it was too expensive to do sustainably without including processed meat . . . Which isn't great! Still trying to find a woe that is sustainable by fitting in with my lifestyle, still looking! I would definitely recommend trying it though.

I realise this isn't the most recent thread but am currently 10 days into it. I am finding it far easier than keto or low carb. I just have zero cravings and am so stuffed, I don't even think about food. I plan to continue to Christmas and then see how I feel in the New Year.

I turned to it as a last resort as my digestion has been terrible - I've always struggled digesting pulses, starches and most veg. I'm also six months in on trying to lose the 15 kilos I gained in two years due to perimenopause. While I did well and lost 8 kilos through a combination of lifting heavy weights swimming and a 16:8 keto diet, I've been struggling to shift the rest, particularly the flab on my stomach and waist. I stumbled across the Meat Heals website while researching something else and that lead me to reading a lot of other related things, and listened to a few really interesting podcasts that were aimed at women with hormone issues and that's what's swayed me.

It's proved the right decision. I've already dropped a few more kilos. My body was been terribly inflamed and all the swelling has gone. Am no longer retaining water. Most importantly, am no longer craving sugar. I'm sleeping better and have no more brain fog. My body is already noticeably leaner and I've lost three inches off my waist.

I'm finding it nothing short of miraculous and feel positively evangelical, hence this very long post Blush

Hi
Can you give me an example of what you eat On the carnivore? Are eggs, cheese and cream acceptable?

Thanks
