Stuck in a rut with my weight loss.
50 and on HRT. Lost 7lb since March but can't seem to lose any more. Would ideally like to lose another 7-10lb but have no idea how the low carb works
This is what I eat on an average day
Porridge with skimmed milk and blueberries
Banana
Feta cheese salad with a low cal Caesar dressing OR egg/toast OR
Orange/apple
Evening meal: Chicken, veg and potatoes OR steak mushrooms butternut squash, bolognese with courgette spaghetti, OR chicken salad OR shepherds pie veg
Frozen berries and yogurt
Could I do this? How much would I have to change? I eat a lot of fruit
