Please help! In a couple of weeks I am having fixed braces. I won't be able to eat anything hard or really chewy. Also I can't eat anything that will stain the braces so curries and anything with lots of tomato in are off the menu. Drinks wise tea and coffee are out. So everything I rely upon to successfully low carb is now out 
If you have any ideas please, please share them. I was wondering about investing in a nutri bullet for smoothies but are smoothies low carb?
