What can I eat with braces?

Please help! In a couple of weeks I am having fixed braces. I won't be able to eat anything hard or really chewy. Also I can't eat anything that will stain the braces so curries and anything with lots of tomato in are off the menu. Drinks wise tea and coffee are out. So everything I rely upon to successfully low carb is now out Shock
If you have any ideas please, please share them. I was wondering about investing in a nutri bullet for smoothies but are smoothies low carb?

What sort of braces are they that you can't eat curry/ tomato sauces? Are they metal tracks or clear? Dd has metal brackets/tracks and gets darker coloured elastics as they stain less (normally the purple ones). She eats most things with them except for things like apples/raw carrot, etc. Hard foods can be cut up smaller to make them safer to eat. What foods do you normally eat?

They are the tooth coloured fixed braces but it's the bands that stain. My dentist said to eat/drink things that stain the night before an appointment so the bands get changed immediately.
I normally eat curries or meat/veg with a curry sauce on it. I use tomato based sauces. I eat lots of nuts. I drink red wine, coffee and herbal teas. I love beetroot. I make soups but they all tend to have curry spices in them.
So I need some soup ideas and sauce ideas.

Choose the colour of the bands carefully then. My dd doesn't avoid coloured sauces but has darker elastics so they don't look stained.

I ate as normal. The staining was not a problem. Barely noticeable. I brushed my teeth after consuming staining food and drink which may have helped. No way was I giving up coffee and curry.
