If your allowed carb intake is 50g, then that snack is almost 20% of your allowed daily intake, so it's up to you if think that it's reasonable? I don't see why not for you.

I'm doing Keto where the allowed carb intake is 12g, so this snack would be a big no-no for me unfortunately.

I'm also doing Keto, with 20g of carbs per day allowed (pretty standard) and there's no way you could eat this snack as it uses up so much of your daily carb allowance there's no room for the healthy carbs (vegetables) that you're supposed to be eating.

Sorry to be boring but maybe try a tablespoon of peanut butter instead, the lowest carb one that you can find? If you can get yourself to like it spread on celery sticks that's even better. I honestly love this snack for the crunch factor Smile

That's a lot of carbs in one go!

But ultimately it's a) up to you and b) dependent on how many carbs you can tolerate per day
