I've been on the keto diet for a few weeks and already feel much better for it (even though I haven't lost any weight yet.)
I'm calculating all my macros via MFP but I'm consistently going over my protein for the day by about 7%..
I don't have more than breakfast lunch and dinner, so no snacks at all and I'm not going over my calorie limit either.
So unless I drop a meal a day I don't know what else to do.
I have read that having too much protein means I won't go into ketosis and if I'm in ketosis then too much protein will kick me out if it.
I don't eat meat just fish with veg and I'm weighing everything and checking my portion control but the weight (not even a pound) has shifted yet.
I'm on the verge of giving up even though following this diet has eased all my IBS symptoms.
Can anyone advise me?
