Worried about keto breath

I'm interested in going low carb to reduce as much sugar as possible from my diet.

I'm worried about something I read about called keto breath. I suspect I have bad breath as it it. I this maybe caused by vaping which causes dehydration. I'm drinking water all the time but sometimes life gets in the way and there's a barrier for not drinking like being on the go and no where near a shop or a tap.

I've done keto before and I'm about to embark on another round of it. In short, yes, it can cause bad breath. The plan I was following recommended one of those mouth sprays... definitely no affect on your carb intake with them. Easy to keep on you at all times too. Hope that helps!

Keep a parsley plant in your kitchen, its a natural deodoriser for your mouth and natural. You can also have cut parsley in your bag or buy it packaged in shops. Just chew on some when you're going to be on close proximity yo others.

I'm worried about this too. I need to lose weight and I think low carb may be the way, but I don't want to smell awful. I don't like the texture of parsley so would struggle with chewing it. Is there a way to low carb without going into keto and still losing weight?
