No carb/ultra low carb evening snacks?

I’ve just started on 𝑲𝒆𝒕𝒐 and am finding the evenings particularly difficult. My kids are bad sleepers so I don’t get to sleep until midnight at the earliest and I’m finding the gap between tea and bed too much sometimes! I’d normally have a slice of toast or two, but obviously can’t do that now!
Does anyone have any suggestions for something I can keep in to snack on if I get ravenous during the evenings again? It’d need to be really low carb, as I’ve used up my allowance by that time.
It doesn’t need to be a premade snack (like a snack bar or something), but ideally something I can knock up quickly.
I’m a pescatarian, so extra awkward 😬
Also has anyone tried making bulletproof tea and is it any good? I hate coffee

Quick one as I'm just off to bed, but could you try a protein shake, bar or one thing I used to do was have some total yogurt.. Smile

If you have just started, this will pass. Very soon!

In the meantime, a nice selection of cheese, some cold meats, tuna mayo on its own, egg mayo, quick omlette, a handful of nuts or what every keto-er goes through......pork scratchingS

Good luck- its worth it!
