Just started low carb 3 days ago and also weights at gym. Not lost anything yer but whole body is sore ( my bf trained/killed me in the gym yesterday) so guessing it water retention for muscle repair. Anyone wants to be low carb( under 20g) with me? Would be nice to have some buddies
