In a nutshell, I've cut right down on treats and have lost a stone since June. My weight has plateaued at 13 stone 9. I had thought I was much lower but I was given scales for Xmas and these have horrified me with their accuracy. Dream weight would be 12stone 7. I'm considering low carb but I do like stuff with rice or chips and I tend to finish off my kids toast or jacket potatoes... My question is, if I do just avoid the chips, and maybe swap rice for dhal etc....how soon would you see results?
