First day of Keto!

Hiya!

I have just under 2 stone to lose and I want to shift a chunk of it before Xmas...
So far, I have had -
Breakfast - scrambled egg and bacon
Lunch - green leaves, chicken, a left over sausage, tomatoes, gherkins and some halloumi.
I’m looking forward to bun less burgers tonight and strawberries. I’m a total chocolate addict, I literally eat it and binge when I’m not even hungry!
I also brought the T25 work out plan so start that this afternoon also.
Anyone just starting out with Keto?

My first day too!

So far I had bacon, fried egg and mushroom for breakfast

Homemade chicken and mushroom soup (made from the bones of a roast chicken)

Pork Crunch for a snack (pork crunch is like pork scratching except less sickly - they are my crisps substitute)

I plan on having duck for dinner to up my fat intake, with greens

Can I have a glass or two of wine??

I am also re-starting. I lost heaps doing keto earlier this year. I fell off the wagon due to millions of stresses. I didn't put it all back on though. My metabolism is incredibly slow, so I also have to watch portion sizes. BORING!!! Meanwhile - It really works!!! You can definitely have a small glass or two of dry wine if you are very careful about what you eat during the day. It does slow you down though.

I’m still breastfeeding so I have to wait till I can hit keto again. I miss my keto cheesecake! What other diet can you eat dessert and lose weight! It definitely works!
