Hiya!
I have just under 2 stone to lose and I want to shift a chunk of it before Xmas...
So far, I have had -
Breakfast - scrambled egg and bacon
Lunch - green leaves, chicken, a left over sausage, tomatoes, gherkins and some halloumi.
I’m looking forward to bun less burgers tonight and strawberries. I’m a total chocolate addict, I literally eat it and binge when I’m not even hungry!
I also brought the T25 work out plan so start that this afternoon also.
Anyone just starting out with Keto?
