So I’ve tried to go on this low carb diet where I only eat carbs for breakfast but I seem to have cheated at least 3 or 4 times a week! Can anyone help me stay on track?

I use mfp every morning or the night before to plan my eating so I know what I'm having and always have meals I enjoy so I look forward to them. It helps me not to cheat. When I'm tired and fed up I go into auto pilot and make Nutella sandwiches. On low carb I've not craved bread or even really thought about it since day 3 if the diet. I'm amazed how quickly I stopped. Same with pasta. Cooking with butter helps.

This really isn’t the place to be pedalling your pyramid scheme! Reported.

And Herbalife gives a good name to itself by promoting 'shakes and tablets' as a healthy safe way to lose weight. This shit needs to be banned
