Hi All
This is my 5th day on my new way of eating. No problems and really enjoying it. Need to read a lot and hopefully getting it right.
Can you give me any advice about eating out please - not so much for a meal but - I take my 86 year old mum out every Saturday and we usually share a sandwich and a cake. Its the only time she really gets out and we usually go to a Morrisons cafe (or similar). I really dont want to make a big deal about not being able to eat things but I dont want to spoil her treat either.
What would be the best thing to have - or is it just a salad. Would half a sandwich ruin everything ?
