Low carb plateau

I've been low carbing since January and lost 2 stone (out of 3 I wanted to lose) I've got down to 27-28 bmi but want to ideally be around 24.5.

It's totally plateaued recently though.

I don't overeat, I'm not starving myself, and keep carbs between 30-50 grams per day.

Has anyone had the same?

Any tips to restart the losses again?

My weight has been stable (within 2lbs up and down) over the last 6 weeks

I'd look at your portion sizes, and just make sure you're not allowing carb creep. While you've lost well so far, it might also be that you need to reduce your carbs a bit more for the final few pounds

I’ve been reading a lot about Keto as I started it last week. A lot of people recommend ‘intermittent fasting’ when they reach a plateau.

Drop dairy and fast it works fat loss is effected by insulin and when we fast we don’t spike our insulin = fat loss
Once fat adapted it’s easy to fast as your simply not hungry

Stat with last meal at 8pm next one at 1 pm next day
Or last meal at 4pm next one at 8 am next day

I’m in week 5 of the 8 week Blood sugar diet. I try to eat only 800 calories per day but I’ve gone up to 1000 on occasion. I lost nothing last week so I too have plateaued.
I’ve only lost 8lb in total and that was in the first 3 weeks. I’m carrying on with the diet in the hope that it will eventually kick in again. I’ve heard of the body going into famine mode but is that true and if so is it a permanent state until you eat normally again?
Like you I would welcome any advice.
Anyone else on this diet which is essentially low carb.
