Low carb vs vegan?

I’ve been veggie on and off for about a hundred years with phases of vegan.
Last year I did boot camp and discovered a passion for double cream in coffee and belly pork slices and pork scratchings, burgers, bolognaise, chicken, butter and a total addiction to Gouda slices.

Anyway. Went back to vegan about 6 months ago. And now I’m fat again. But also my poor irritable, sensitive, difficult guts are playing up badly. A delightful side effect of hflc was a really settled gut with no foul wind and normal movement.

So now I’m in a dilemma. Do I stick with vegan, save the planet and the baby piglets or do I give my poor poorly guts a break? And hopefully she’d the massive carby fatness that has crept back on?

It sounds like you might be eating a really unhealthy vegan diet?

No middle ground but how about LC with 'ethical' choices? Grass fed, free range etc. totally get you on the guy issue, my gut loves it too. I'm Bloated, heartburn and generally upset when's eat carbs!!

Why don’t you add some high-welfare eggs and dairy and fish occasionally?
