Hi everyone
I am feeling really miserable. I have been putting on weight for ages and I'm now huge and feel terrible about myself. I have tried so many diets and despite feeling really terrible and being desperate to lose weight I just seem to have no motivation.
I have recently been told I am pre diabetic following a test for something else at my doctors. I have been told that I am being referred to a diabetes prevention programme but this could take a month or so and I haven't been told anything else. I don't know what I should be eating, what I should be avoiding, what diets are the best to follow....
Does anyone have any suggestions or advice??
