Hi there has anyone tried slim and save or sureslim diet? How did you get on?

I’ve done slim and save loads times I’ve seen products here now

It will work if you stick to it 100%
It’s very restrictive 650 cals a day low carb

I’d get in plan and don’t have a day off at all

Like any plan the weight goes back on after if you don’t do maintance

Be warned once you dip so low on calories you’ll mess your body up I used to lose 2-3 lbs a week on weight watchers or calorie counting 1500 calories a day but after VLCD = slim and save I don’t lose much even on sns I only lose 1-3 lbs most weeks it’s 1-2 lbs

Just count calories and exercise
Weigh measure everything you eat and drink
Write everything down
Do weights and cardio 3 times a week an hour each = healthy weightloss no yoyoing

Take it from me vlcd aren’t good they mess your body up you’ll lost weight fast but regain fat 99% the time
