I’ve been following the low carb diet now for 2 weeks, and I’ve just weighed myself and I’ve put on 0.2 of a kg!
I’ve been adding everything I eat into my fitness pal- I stick to 1300 kcals and I don’t go over 20g of carbs. I’ve even bought some Keto sticks and they say I’m in ketosis, so why haven’t I lost anything?! I’m also drinking 3 litres of water a day. Is a low carb diet just not suitable for some people?
