Finally starting low/ no carb again... but was wondering if hummous was ok to snack on? And what yogurt is ok to eat?

Hummus is going to be fairly high carb and you are going to want the full fat Greek yoghurt,

Any one yogurt in particular good? Ok will stay away from the hummous. Thanks for replying :)

I think that the total brand is good but I just go for the Lidl/Aldi's brand - good luck and well done for getting going!

Total used to be good, but they reduced the fat a couple of years ago ("because our customers want a lower fat product"), so it is not proper Greek yoghurt anymore.

Almost any supermarket own-label Greek yog is higher in fat amd lower in carbs than Total.
