Hi!
I am just getting ready to do an online shop so an hoping someone could tell me if I am on the right track as I am starting this without much knowledge.
4 stone 7 lbs to lose.
Hopefully by August!

Breakfast:
Bulletproof coffee &
Protein shake (1 scoop powder)
Half banana
2 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp omega oil
250ml skimmed milk

Mid morning snack:
8 walnuts halves

Lunch:
(Either)
Low carb broccoli cheese soup
Curried cauliflower soup (BIWI recipe)

Mid afternoon snack:
1 cup full fat Greek yoghurt

Dinner:
3 high protein vegetarian sausages
Grilled medittereanan vegetables
Thick slice chill halloumi

After dinner snack:
2 squares of 85% dark chocolate

This is all to go with 4 litres of water and a HIIT workout mon-sat.

Thankyou!

Come and join us on the Boot Canp threads (in the Low Carb Boot Camp topic; I'm on the app so can't link). You'll get lots of guidance and support there.

Quick look at your menu and I'd say you need to swap the skimmed milk for full fat milk.

Looks like you are veggie, so you can get away with the nuts and flaxseed Wink

If you were on "full" (BIWI) Boot Camp, there are some other suggestions - but for the moment, I'd say drop the chocolate for a couple of weeks until you've re-tuned your tastes.

Yes I am veggie.
Ok I will not include the dark chocolate for the first month while I'm going full speed ahead with low carb.
I will go and join now, thankyou for your help x
