I'm planning to low carb from Monday and while I'm massively impressed by the boot campers I'm not going to commit myself to that and do the whole accountability thing just yet. First timer and baby steps here.
So I'm making a shopping list - so far I've got -
Breakfast items: Eggs, smoked salmon, total full fat yogurt, coffee, butter
Lunch items - Chicken thighs with skin on, garlic and chilli flakes and herb flakes, plain white vinegar, avocados, two sorts of lettuce; shallots
Dinner items Cauliflower, courgettes, broccoli, cheese, 20% fat mince, pork belly, Black Farmer sausages, trout
Snacking items- if need be - full fat Philadelphia, celery, smoked salmon trimmings, eggs, full fat mayo, Boursin
