I'm currently on a low carb high protein diet plus exercise plan. All going well, weight is coming down
However...
I am meant to have a fist size portion of veg with each meal (i.e. 3 times a day). This is less veg than I'd normally eat, and I think that coupled with more protein is making me a bit bunged up and farty. I'm trying to drink more, but so far it's not helping too much.
DD1 has just come into our home office and nearly passed out with the fumes
TF I don't work in a proper office with people in it!!
What can I do to stop being a one woman WMD?
