Hi can anyone point me in the direction of a good low carb plan that is not too extreme. I don't think I want to do a ketogenic diet right now or the Blood sugar diet as I don't think I have metabolic issues to address. I do want to eat low carb though i.e. Less than about 75 g per day? I really do like Amelia Freers plan with her new Nutrition Pyramid but I am not sure it is targeted enough for weight loss. Maybe I just need a good sense of macros and use MFP. I drink milk or cream in coffee and have some wine but other than that my diet is paleo ish but I just need some more low carb focus. Thanks to anyone who can help x
