MyFitnessPal ratios

I've done low-carb high-fat eating before and it worked brilliantly for shifting the excess weight, but I've slipped back and now I really need to shift the pounds...loads of them. So, back to what I know works. I'm a week in, and in it for the long-haul now, so all good there.

I've got the MyFitnessPal app and I'm ok with logging in foods and exercise and all that stuff. But what I really want to do is put my goals in so I can see my progress. The ratios that are in there now are Carb 50%, Protein 20, Fat 30%, which isn't right for LCHF, but I can't remember what I used last time (if I ever put that in to begin with, that is).

What ratios should I be putting in?

Thanks in advance.

I'd try carbs 10%, protein 30%, fat 60% for weight loss and aim for calories about 500 below your TDEE, or about 1500.

Thanks StuntNun - that'll give me a good starting point. I've been going for 1200 calories and so far I'm actually struggling some days to get up to that as what I'm eating is filling me up and keeping my blood sugar levels ok. (I'm insulin-dependant diabetic, so that has to be factored in too - it's so bloody complicated at times!)
