I'm low carbing, have been at it for about a week now I fell off the wagon on day two though
I'm a vegetarian, which makes it quite hard as most low carb meals seem to include
Baked/boiled/grilled salmon/chicken etc.
I do eat eggs but I'm not really big on them, so I don't eat them often but I'm willing to eat more!
Any ideas?
Yesterday I had
Roasted veg (about 2-3G of sliced pumpkin, a large mushroom, a courgette, a tomato, red onion, broccoli, sliced bell pepper. garlic, 1 carrot sliced apple on top for sweetness. All sliced thinly and some grated) with about a tablespoon (dry weight) couscous mixed throughout.
Today I'm having a veg and egg stir fry with some dried rice noodles (not much, about 2 tablespoons cooked weight).
I NEED ideas!filling and tasty ideas! Please?!
Can get quorn and frys meat replacements - I do like some of these
